Quarry-region sourcing
Direct relationships in the Sukabumi, Java and Cirebon quarry regions, with material assessed at source against the tonal range agreed for each order.

Mosaic Natural Stone Indonesia is the export brand of CV Alam Berkah Indonesia. We quarry-source, cut, finish, assemble, inspect and pack Indonesian natural stone for international projects.
CV Alam Berkah Indonesia operates a natural stone production facility in Sukabumi Regency, West Java — the region that gives Sukabumi green stone its name. We supply Indonesian natural stone to importers, distributors, architects, contractors and developers across more than twenty international markets.
We are a manufacturer rather than a trading intermediary, and the distinction is practical rather than a matter of positioning. Material is assessed at source against the tonal range agreed for each order, then cut, finished, assembled and packed in our own facility. That means the tolerance, the finish, the tone and the packing are decisions we control, and the lead time is one we can actually commit to.
Our production covers mosaic assembly, cut-to-size panels, machined coping profiles, carved relief and perforated screens, alongside standard tile, cladding, paving and pebble. Roughly a third of what we ship is made to a drawing rather than taken from a catalogue.

Everything between the quarry region and the container door.
Direct relationships in the Sukabumi, Java and Cirebon quarry regions, with material assessed at source against the tonal range agreed for each order.
Block sawing through to calibrated tile and cut-to-size panels held to ± 0.5 mm thickness tolerance for thin-bed installation.
Honing, polishing, flaming, bush hammering, sandblasting, brushing, tumbling and natural splitting, applied per position within a single order.
Hand assembly onto mesh in jigs that hold pattern, module and joint width, with interlocking panel edges so the module is not readable on the wall.
Coping profiles, kerf slots, undercut anchor holes, drilled pins, hand and CNC carving, and perforated screen panels produced to drawing.
ISPM 15 compliant fumigated crating, packed on edge, palletised, stencil-marked and inventoried crate by crate against the packing list.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate and insurance certificate as applicable to the Incoterm.
Mixed-item containers combining tile, mosaic, coping, cladding, pebble and bespoke pieces from one production batch for a single project.
Eight production stages, each with an inspection point. Material that falls outside the approved control sample is removed from the run rather than blended into it.
Blocks are assessed at source for colour range, soundness and freedom from through-going fractures. Material outside the agreed tonal range is rejected before it enters production rather than after it is cut.
Blocks are sawn into slabs, then cut down to the element sizes the order requires — tiles, strips, hexagons, irregular mosaic pieces or cut-to-size panels against a production drawing.
Pieces are calibrated to the specified thickness tolerance and squared. Calibration is what allows thin-bed adhesive installation without shimming at destination.
Honing, polishing, flaming, bush hammering, sandblasting, brushing, tumbling or splitting, applied per item and per position rather than uniformly across an order.
Mosaic is hand-assembled face-down into jigs that hold the pattern, module and joint width, then mesh-backed. Panel edges are cut to interlock so the module is not readable on the finished wall.
Inspection against the approved control sample for tone, finish consistency, dimensional tolerance and mesh adhesion. Non-conforming pieces are removed from the run, not blended into it.
Foam-interleaved, corner-protected and packed on edge in ISPM 15 compliant fumigated wooden crates, strapped, palletised and stencil-marked crate by crate against the packing list.
Loaded to the destination port's road-legal weight limit, blocked and braced against shift, with loading photographs and the full document set issued on departure.

Quality control on natural stone is mostly about one thing: agreeing what "correct" means before production starts, then measuring against it. We produce a physical control sample, get it approved in writing, retain half of it, and inspect finished goods against that retained half.
Four inspection points cover the run. At selection, material outside the agreed tonal range is rejected before it is cut. During production, dimensional tolerance and calibration are checked against the specification. At finishing, surface consistency is checked across the batch. Before packing, every crate is inspected for tone, finish, mesh adhesion on mosaic, and quantity count against the packing list.
For first orders and large shipments we encourage third-party pre-shipment inspection. It is inexpensive relative to the value of a container, and a supplier who resists it is telling you something.
Where your specification requires documented test data — water absorption, compressive strength, wet slip rating, frost resistance — request it with your enquiry and we will confirm what we can provide for that material and batch before you order rather than after.
We work with importers, distributors, architects, contractors and developers across international markets, shipping containerised natural stone on FOB, CFR and CIF terms from Jakarta, Semarang and Surabaya.
