Indonesian Travertine-Style Stone
A layered sedimentary stone with the visual character of classic travertine — warm tones, visible bedding and natural vugs — quarried and finished in Java. Availability depends on active quarry blocks; confirm before specifying.
Layered, warm-toned stone with travertine character, quarried in Java.
Some Indonesian sedimentary deposits produce stone with a genuinely travertine-like character: warm beige to walnut tones, distinct bedding lines and the small natural voids that give travertine its texture. Cut across the bed it reads linear and calm; cut with the bed it reads cloudy and organic.
It is used the way travertine is used — interior floors, wall cladding, bathrooms and shaded terraces — and is normally supplied filled and honed for floors, or unfilled and brushed where the texture is wanted.
Availability is block-dependent rather than continuous. If your project needs this material, contact us early so we can confirm current yield before you specify it.

Indonesian Travertine-Style Stone — FAQ
No, and we do not market it as such. It is an Indonesian sedimentary stone with travertine-like bedding and colour. If your specification calls for classified travertine, say so and we will tell you plainly whether this material satisfies it.
The character depends on the specific bed being worked. When a block runs out the next may not match. We confirm current yield and hold material against a project rather than promise open-ended supply.
