We are a manufacturer. CV Alam Berkah Indonesia operates its own production facility in Sukabumi, West Java, where cutting, finishing, mosaic assembly, machining and export packing are carried out. Material is sourced directly from Indonesian quarry regions rather than bought as finished goods and resold.

One 20ft container, and items can be mixed freely within it — tile, mosaic, coping, cladding, pebble and bespoke pieces in one shipment. For samples and trial quantities we can arrange consolidated LCL shipment. Custom mosaic patterns developed from scratch have a minimum of 200 m², or lower where the pattern uses standard cut sizes.

FOB, CFR and CIF from Jakarta (Tanjung Priok), Semarang (Tanjung Emas) or Surabaya (Tanjung Perak), depending on product origin. None of these include destination customs duty, taxes, port charges or inland delivery at destination — budget those separately with your customs broker.

Typically 25–40 days from written sample approval for standard items, and 30–60 days for cut-to-size, carved and custom work. Sampling itself takes 7–14 days plus courier time. Sea transit is additional: roughly 18–25 days to the Middle East, 28–38 to Europe, 32–42 to the US East Coast, 14–20 to Australia.

Yes, and you should. We supply samples in the exact material, finish and thickness you intend to order. Keep one half of every approved sample as a retained control — it is your reference if a delivered batch is ever disputed.

Yes. Cut-to-size panels, machined coping profiles, carved relief, perforated screens and bespoke mosaic patterns are a substantial part of our production. Send a drawing, DWG file, photograph or physical sample; we return a quotation with a production drawing, then produce a physical sample for written approval before the run.

Foam-interleaved and corner-protected, packed on edge — never stacked flat — in ISPM 15 compliant fumigated wooden crates with steel or PET strapping. Crates are palletised for forklift handling and stencil-marked with item code, size, finish, quantity, gross weight and crate number, matching the packing list crate by crate.

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form D, Form E or the preferential form applicable to your market), and fumigation / ISPM 15 certificate. Insurance certificate on CIF shipments. Tell us your market and we will confirm which certificate of origin applies — in several markets the correct form materially reduces import duty.

Stone containers are weight-limited rather than volume-limited. A 20ft container typically carries 25–27 tonnes, which fills roughly two thirds of the available volume. We check the road-legal weight limit at your destination port before loading, because an overweight container can be legal to move at origin and illegal at destination.

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against a copy bill of lading. Letter of credit is available for larger orders. Terms for repeat customers are agreed case by case.

Natural stone varies between quarry blocks — that variation is inherent to the material, not a defect. We grade and blend per container so a single order is consistent, and we can reserve material against a multi-phase project so phase four matches phase one. Order the full project quantity in one production run wherever possible, and budget 3–5% attic stock for future maintenance.
