Sandstone Landscape Masterplan
A whole-site landscape package — paving, boundary walls, carved ventilation screens and pebble ground cover — consolidated into five containers so every element arrived from the same material batch.
Project detail
The value of consolidating this project was tonal rather than logistical. Paving, wall cladding, screens and pebble would normally be sourced from four suppliers and arrive as four subtly different warm greys. Supplied together, the landscape reads as one material.
The 62 carved screen panels were assessed for structural viability before quoting — the original pattern had a perforation ratio that would not have survived shipping, and was adjusted with the landscape architect before production.
Pebble was specified in three grades: 10–20 mm for planting bed cover, 20–40 mm for drainage margins, and 40–60 mm for the dry riverbed feature.
